just finished my first sheath,for a CS recon tanto. turned out sweet on the first try!(well,it went back in the oven a couple times!) I never would have tried it if not for all the info here. For a lefty knifenut good sheathes are hard to find if you can't afford the custom prices,and they're fun to make! soon I'll have kydex wrapped around all my knives and anything else I can find. thanks guys,you don't know how valuable your experience is.
