I just want to thank all the great people I met at Knob Creek for welcoming
me to the Busse community last weekend.

Garth, Josh, Eric, and Drew thanks for an enjoyable and educational Thur.
evening at the Golden Manor. It was worth the 350mi. drive. I only wish I'd
been able to meet Amy and compliment her on the delicious cheesecake.

One week ago I'd never even held a Busse knife and now thanks to Ken 44
and Knob Creek I've scored a FBM LE, SFNO LE, BATAC LE, NM SFNO, Satin Jack, Scrapper 5 LE, Regulator LE, M9, and a RatManDu.

I hope my daughter doesn't mind missing her last year of college. I really must slow down. It was just too hard deciding which one to get.

Thanks again,

Mark

You are truly a Wild Man!

With that kind of outrageous, obsessive behavior, you're going to fit in just fine around here. :D

Man, now most people stick a foot in first. You went ahead and jumped, Good on ya and a fantastic haul Bro!!! Congrats and welcome to the madness...

Glad you like the LE's Mark:thumbup:

Good to hear you had a great time at the Knob!
I am a little jealous though....since I've never had any Amy-O cheese cake:p

WOW...nothing like jumping in with both feet:eek: Nice to meet you at Knob Creek as well:thumbup:

Both feet, hell, he did a cannonball! Congrats on the new knives!

Tell your daughter about student loans- she'll appreciate her education more.:D

NO SELF CONTROL! There were hundreds of knives there. I showed tremendous self control.

I would have to agree:D

Real nice to meeting you, and those are some wonderful pieces of INFI:thumbup:

Is your Satin Jack a SJ or SJTAC?

I'm not really sure about the Satin Jack. Far as I can tell, it looks like, and has the same specs (.22 thick) as the SJ TAC LE. It has a black G10 handle and a blue spacer.

Now you've got me curious.

Maybe Garth would remember the knife.

I wish I knew how to post a picture. That's something else I'll have to learn.

Great scores! And thank you, as I feel much better about the four I picked up this month.

That, my friend is a haul.

Took me some time to figure out how to weasel out 4 of them.

You have the added advantage of actually getting to hold one before buying. I got all 5 of the ones I got (one moved on in trade for another, so total still 4), all without ever holding in the hand before buying.

I went years without meeting another living soul who owned one. Last year I took a trip to Utah, and met an Uber Hog down there, and he let me hold a couple dozen sweet ones.

Welcome, and don't worry about picking up so many. If it ever becomes financially difficult, you can usually at the very least, break even by selling them.
