Greetings My Dear Friends,
I'd like to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone for all the prayers, well wishes, & concerns. It's beyond comprehension to have so many people -most I've never met - to care so much. Really, even to a post of "get well", "ya-hoo", or the like took effort and a thought preceeding the action, admirable in of itself. I have a steady strong faith (reliance too) in God; and when others pray FOR YOU- it evokes an emotion without words to describe. Life in general, seems to be a little scary some (most?) of the time & when an illness plays a part it gets real fearful, real fast. Mark is ALWAYS there for me, and I have my faith...so with your friendship towards Mark (it keeps him strong) and your prayers for me; the fear subsides. Hey! We're not alone in this!! I really can't remember or even think of a "group" (i.e. blacksmiths, knife nuts, forge freaks, etc.) of people that seem to be so worthwhile and pleasurable to be associated with. SPECIAL PEOPLE LIKE YOU FOLKS ARE GOOD FOR THE SOUL. It's a privalige to be y'alls friend. So now, go on out to the shop and kick some blade butt!!
Love & Best Wishes Back to Ya!

Deb

This place has always put a smile on my face Deb but you just put a smile on my heart!!
God Bless!

Deb, dear girl---I knew you could not fail to respond to the prayers that were directed your way! You wouldn't dare! You might not recognize the handle on this posting but it is a new one for that ancient old hill billy in Blairsville. Am delighted that your new year is starting on such good news-------------Sandy

Deb,
Sweetheart, you know we all love and care about you though it's hard to show sometimes. I was really glad to get the email from Mark, made my year. As Pam said we will see you at TR of course, but rest assured you will remain in our prayers. Do what you can to keep Mark from getting frustrated he's trying hard to make some major decisions and it can't be easy.
You know how I feel about the both of you. Take care and God bless.

ps - Sandy, did you get a new hair style to go with that new monicker?

Not new, Carl, my friend----It is the same style I used to wear after getting up from the Navy barbers chair in 1942! Still no bald spots but the color made a radical departure from the norm! -Sandy-
