Update on the Lochsa that I had to send back, received it back today and it is everything I hoped for, extremely well built and finished. They ended up having to build me a new one and this one is perfect in appearance and function.
Really want to thank Jeff Hubbard for getting involved on his own and making sure the issues I had with the knife were taken care of to my satisfaction.

I can only say good things about Jeff.

Congratulations Augie on getting the knife you wanted and in perfect condition.

I've had a Chairman 301 for several years that I have been waiting to send back for service. I wanted to wait until I got another knife that needed attention.
I finally got that knife the other week on one of the 50th Anniversary Chairman 110's I bought new. Not sure what happened to it, but there was about ten years of steel missing. It got hit heavy in the sharpening process.

Sent both knives in about 10 days ago and just got them back today…in perfect condition!

I would say that only having to send two knives back when I've owned over 1,000 Buck knives is a pretty good record for Buck.

Anyway Augie…I'm glad everything worked out well for you too.

Thanks Jeff!!

Jeff Hubbard is THE man! He is extremely caring of the Buck name, and the products they have their name on.
