Joe, Jeff and Efren (and others) at Buck teamed up to help me get a flick-it and a new edge on my old goliath. The costs were nominal to say the least. It's refreshing to get such great customer service!!!
I've owned Buck knives since I was young... good to know a company that takes care of me in the long run!

One of the reasons I like to do business with a company that has a persons name,like Ford or Buck or HP.I do not do business with any company that has a name starting with General. Reminds me of ACME from the cartoons. Any problem can be solved if you talk to the man with his name on the letterhead.
