Thanks Tony, Jeff, Mike, Mike, and Shon! I found this is my mailbox last night when I finally got around to checking the mail. It's the first knife I have with the new ESEE logo, it's number 11274 and the first one I've gotten with the whole kit which is pretty darn cool. I like how the Izula Ant is on both sides of the blade. Definitely worth the few hours spent playing in the woods :)

I guess I should take the time to re-read the instructions on the wrap lol.

I figured I'd give the molle lock a shot on this one.

The Izula passes Lisa's most strenuous test...now she wants a blue one...guess maybe I'll have to try my hand at stripping and re-coating one at some point in the future.

Congrats Mist! Enjoyed your post. I’ve put together a fairly comprehensive car bag and during the whole duration of these last few contests, I’ve just been too damn busy to have any time out and about. I used to be the official contest whore of ESEE forum, I need to get back in the game!

So you mean to say you wrapped that without getting bit??? :D

Nice Izula. I keep finding more places I should have Izulas tucked away.

I'm a true believer that you can never have too many ESEE's

Thanks Adam, I know the feeling. I used to enter pretty much any contest involving knives and the out of doors. But lately my time has been short...every time they had a contest I'd say to myself I'm entering this one and I'd start on it and then get too busy to finish.

I haven't been bit yet wrapping one, though have had some close calls...this time I followed the advice of others and left it in the sheath to wrap it :)

I left mine in the sheath too. 1 cut to the bone and 4 stitches later, my index finger is almost normal again.  TAPE!

Lol, did my share of bone cutting and bleeding looooong before there was an internet to share it on :)

whoa ,you received it faster than I thought, Thanks Patricia for working thru the system so quickly !
Congrats Mistwalker !

Congrats mist, your entry was very cool. I wanted to enter as well but havent been as mobile since my accident in late may.

Awesome contest, entry and prize!

Good job Bro. You have a lot of great threads, glad it went to ya. I guess you join the minority of not being bitten while wrapping. I got bit trying to open one of those stupid plastic clamshells, though.

Thanks guys, I'm glad you enjoy the threads. It was really cool getting the knife in the mail!

He really does have great threads and is a great guy to boot. Well, don't kick him, you know what I mean. :D

Thanks Don, I try to be a good guy...but no...I really don't like being kicked lol
