Thanks to the HOGs all over the country for snagging these knives for me.

Now I’ll get to see if I’m one of the SFNO Kool Aid crowd. I’m not sure that I’ll be one:confused:… I always have reservations about these in-between knives.

The SFNO is light and thin... more so than I had expected.

Nice knives, Tony. Your HOG connections have good taste and fast hands.

Their hands are not that fast. But they take up so much room at the table no one else can reach the knives.

.

Nice tight selection of blades there.

I know what you mean about in-between blades but thee must be something to his model, it seems most Hogs can't get enough of them.

Nice SFNO Tony.

I have handled a fatty version of the SFNO and it has great heft and balance. Additionally I like the length. It felt longer than a ASH and struck me as a great all around knife. I have not had the opportunity to do any actual chopping or cutting but my initial impression is that it would handle any task thrown at it.

I would have to say it is currently my Grail knife but at the prices they are currently commanding it will be a loooong time before I can buy one.
If only Jerry would bring it back...

Nice snags Tony. The '04 SF natural outlaw is better for chopping then the flat ground SFNO.

you know if you don't like that tan micarta handled SAR, I know some one who is interested (:thumbup: this guy).

the feelings of jealousy once again rise to the surface.

no matter, ill just bury them deep down. deep deep deep down.

:D

SAR with BA-III... A more refined 4 inch SAR could really be HOT   A lot of Infi blade in a small package  :D
