Jack knows I like coins from far away places. He just sent these to me. Just wanted to share and say...Thank You ...my Friend!! I had no idea he was going to send me a current set of British coins and a full set of Euros and of course a nice card. There is no place like home...there is no place like home...BladeForums

I broke out the Champagne knife to toast you and our Band of Brothers, Jack!!

That's awesome of you Jack, Gev that's terrific!!! I'm like you and coins and paper currency have always been an interest of mine. My folks traveled abroad when I was young and they always brought back currency of some kind back with them---I loved it and still do.

Whenever I get change I always check for old coins/bills. If someone drops Silver on the table my ears perk up!!!

My friend....it is an absolutely lovely W.H. Morley Champagne knife. It has some beautiful Mother of Pearl handles (one crack but tight)and the workmanship is astounding. The skill involved to make such a knife is just astounding. After seeing Ken Erickson's masterpiece I set about trying to find one.

I thought about starting a thread called....Lets open some Champagne
