A good test of freshness is how much crema (brown foam) you get when you pull a shot. If the coffee isn't fresh you don't get much at all. There was plenty here, even from my marginal machine.. (you could cut it with A SLUT) :thumbup: .

Martinez beans are some of the finest coffee I've ever cupped.

I started with the one on the left. Tanzania Kilimanjaro Peaberry.

Man that is some high Octane stuff After three coffees yesterday I had to go ride for two hours to burn off some caffeine.
