This really is very good coffee:thumbup::cool:

Thanks Jaxx and .... thank you baseball gods :D

A good test of freshness is how much crema (brown foam) you get when you pull a shot. If the coffee isn't fresh you don't get much at all. There was plenty here, even from my marginal machine.. (you could cut it with A SLUT) .

This picture makes me want a double espresso REAL bad! Nothing like a little liquid motivation in the afternoon.

Cool pics...

Hey, glad you got the coffee and are enjoying it... Nice pix, too!!

Martinez beans are some of the finest coffee I've ever cupped. :)
Unfortunately, it's also made me a bit of a coffee snob... :o;) Which variety did you crack into first?

I started with the one on the left. Tanzania Kilimanjaro Peaberry.

Man that is some high Octane stuff    After three coffees yesterday I had to go ride for two hours to burn off some caffeine.

Then that's the coffee for me.

I need something to help me keep a truly maniacal edge ... when that's called for.;)
