Just wanted to leave a little note here!
To thank Joe Houser for the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
I live in WI. I sent in my Alpha Hunter for sharpening and my tempest to get the safety tightened up! I sent them in on Monday USPS priority.
They were shipped back to me and in my hands by that Saturday!!!!!!!
PERFECT!!!! Alpha was razor sharp and the Tempest was almost good as new!
( better than I sent it) She had a few war wounds on the aluminum handle from getting dropped onto concrete... NOT anymore though!!!!

I'm sure everyone here has had similar experiences?!!!!!!

yes Jim,
many have jest as good experience as you, i know i did !
as happens some times things fall in the cracks but they work there hard to prevent and they DO ask for feed back good or bad!!!
