I recently bought both a tanto ats34 Strider and a BG42 spearpoint and due to some neglect on my part one was damaged. I'd like to thank Joe Houser at Buck Knives for his great service in helping me out.
In my experience it is VERY rare for a knife company to actually stand up behind their warranty, some companies don't even bother to reply to their mail.
Anyway, thanks again Joe, I really appreciate it.
