I sent in my old 110 with some serious blade play. Two weeks latter I got a new knife in the mail. I'm not sure if the whole knife is new, but the blade is. The knife looks great, and will be put to use tomorrow. Awesome service. Thanks again! Josh
p.s. what is the steel in the new blade (110])

Didn't know what thread to put this in, and this one looked as good as any. I just wanted to let you know that since you did the excellent job for me on the 560 with a bg 42 changeout and the "brought back from the grave" job on my 112, I've bought 3 more bucks. They are a 110 with ionfusion blade, the mini strider spearpoint in bg 42 and a 532 also in bg 42. (looks like a theme here) The point I wanted to make was that one of the main reasons I bought more Bucks was the terrific customer service. That's what makes loyal customers. So show this to your boss and demand a raise.:D

Thanks for the pep talk! About that raise, I am going to march right down to Chuck's office and DEMAND, uh er, or maybe just request...hmmm, or it might be better to just ask politely...then again i suppose begging might be going too far? Of course i am kinda busy right now and it would be a shame to get up and let my chair get all cold. :rolleyes:
