'Bout time I got some pics up of the Thanks Giving GAW Knife eh.
I'm not a big fan of burls,or wood in general on a working knifes' handle,but dang this Maple Burl of yours sure is pretty!
I did give it a coat of low luster acrylic to darken it up some & make the burls pop more.
When I got it at work I couldn't stop cutting things,I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of use of the left hand grind.
I actually thought it would be more awkward to use than it is since I'm right handed,but I was able to cut cardboard & wood with ease.
And since it was a JK Knife & fire pic that won this one for me(thanks Hanna & Hayley
) I thought I'd snap this pic as I was working on some pics for the E.W.O.K. thread.
