I've broken a torsion bar in my Avalanche

Normaly I'd send it to Kershaw, but I live in Poland so it would be not easy. I asked Kershaw for a spare torsion bar spring and ... 10 days later I can play with my favourite Avalanche again!!!
Thanks for great service!

When you guys store your knives, do you store them in the "open" position? Or do you think it may not make any difference?

Just curious. I have an Avalanche and Ricochet.

There IS less stress/tension on the torsion bar with the blade open. Also less on the liner as others have said. However my Boa is closed now as it sits in the safe but thats just me.

I also ordered parts from Kershaw, great service and no questions asked. I had my Boa for sale but decided to keep it. Just may sell the Hornet instead. The Boa fits the hand PERFECT....
