I used some "grip tape" on my ZDP Shallot because it was just a tad thin, and since its my current EDC, I wanted a more sure grip.

It couldn't have turned out better.

Thank you for your recommendation, and everyone else on this forum who posts their tips and tricks for the benefit of us all.

Nice, J!!!

How does it feel putting in and taking out of the pocket?

Looks like something Liberace would carry around...

I took one look at it said "Neil Diamond would carry this" ;)

Form follows Function in my book.

Slides in and out of the pocket much easier than the "rough" Blur. Its more grippy, and might eat a few pockets until it wears down a bit, but it has an awesome grip.

At least I have enough sharp knives to do the job!

:D :D

My first thought was, "hmmmm...that kinda bizarro...but it would solve my one qualm about the Shallot...it's just too darn slippery when my hands are cold."

Plus, I suspect the glitter effect is exacerbated by the camera flash.

On the other hand...do they make gold lamé grip tape?? :p

um. was trying to figure out what to quote for a "thats what she said" moment. but i can't figure out how to quote the whole thread ;)
