First off, thanks melancholymutt, I picked up your package the other day, and was very pleased with that little knife. Is there a difference between Frosts and the much denigrated Frost which is often seen on the Home Shopping Network. If not, how long did it take you to put a really nice edge on that knife, because boy it sure cuts well. Thanks again.

There is a WORLD of diffrence between the two!! Someone else can elaberate more on this subject.

The Swedish Frosts Moras that you guys got were totally "out of the box" I took a peek at them to make sure I wasn't sending you something that was defective from the "get go", but the edge, as sharp as they are, was factory. My examples were put through about 6 or 7 strokes over a fine spyderco ceramic and then over a superfine ceramic... then a strop... well, after that, they shaved as well as my straight razor. These knives were made for light duty... Food prep, box opening, cutting twine, ect. Quick and simple edge maintenance (strop before use, and frequent licks on a fine stone) will keep these knives in excellent shape. I hope these knives find a place in your everyday tasks... Thanks for both your help.
