I just wanted to let you all know who have not dealt with ESEE's customer service that its top notch. I was halfway through convexing my RC-4 when I lost all motivation to finish it and since had been without my normal every day carry blade for a while. I e-mailed Mike at ESEE and let him know what had happened and that I would have no problem paying to get it factory sharp again. He instructed me to send it to them and place on the form that he approved and BAM...blade back in no time and sharp as ever! I was really expecting to get it back sometime next or the following week but was pleasantly surprised when I noticed it amongst my pile of returns here at work. ESEE definitely has a customer for life (like they didn't already). I just need to get another Izula after my wife robbed my old one but will most likely wait for the folder. Next on the list is the Junglas machete to be strapped to my bug out bag setup.

Glad the knife got back. SHon is pretty good about turning around any warranty work....what little we have:) Mike
 
I had a slight sheath/MOLLE backer issue and it was taken care of very quickly. ESEE customer service is meant to serve the customer. A novel idea these days. They are second to none, quality folks.
 
I am posting a THANK YOU to ESEE for replacing the Lite-Machete sheath that was cut in shipping. That was very fast service & thanks again! :thumbup:
