Folks, I just wanted to stop in & say thank you to the one and only Moosez for a custom leather sheath he just finished for one of my Swamp Rat knives, & before everyone starts yelling about "pics or it didn't happen", I have to say my wife & I are still in the learning mode about posting shots on any of the forums. I am hoping the Moose took a few and can use his magic to show them.
This sheath is unbelievable, and way beyond my expectations of what I was getting. I can honestly say for certain when I give this knife to my son & he hands it down to his son, that sheath will still be around that knife. It is heavy duty to say the least. I have never seen such craftsmanship or attention to detail on any leather goods as this. Double stitched, no stain run offs, & the retention is perfect.
Moose, thanks brother. I hope you do not mind me posting this, & sorry about calling so late the other night, but I wanted to thank you at least with a personal phone call other than just posting a note on this forum. If anyone ever wants a reference from you, definitely give them my number to call.
Thanks again buddy, & be sure and keep an eye on your mailbox like we had talked about . . . . . .
