Hello all!
A couple of weeks ago I sent in a Buck Mentor with a chip in the blade. The chip was made while carving hardwood. Today I got a replacement, not a re-ground blade but a replacement for a discontinued knife!! Thanks so much for the ultimate customer service when it was not expected, I was counting on a re-grind at best!! Especially on a five year old knife.
