I just ordered a modified woodsman from Nick. What a pleasure to do business with.I look forward to having one of his knives in my hand.From all the great reviews and after talking with him I know this will be my number one hard use knife!

What mods did you request?
 
I went with an 8 inch cutting edge and more of a drop point. I also went with the handle material that looks like snakeskin. I am very excited about it!
 
The handle material is the tan burlap. I am sure I will order more knives from Nick in the future. I can definetly see one of his scout knives.
 
Thanks Bigcountry. I am looking forward to making your knife:thumbup: I'll have to come up with a new name for it. So if ya got any ideas.......... I'm all ears.

Nick, I'm takin my Scout out this weekend for some camping in Tahoe :D Will be sure to get some then! This will be it's first "more than a dayhike" outing; it'll be nice to put it to use in different camp chores :thumbup:. Will post a thread when I get back!
 
Nick, I kinda like the name Bigcountry for the knife..........lol.I feel like a kid at christmas waiting for this. thanks again.
