Asked Sal if they'd fix an older CPM440 Military I have that wouldn't lock when opened easy. He said send it in and address it to his attention.

Knife came back today and it works great! Thanks a lot for fast, great service. :thumbup:
 
Spyderco has fantastic customer service. Glad your experience was as good as mine.

It's the one with "MILITARY" on the blade. Sorry I don't have any singles of it and my camera is charging.
Always bugged me the knife is mint and wouldn't lock if you didn't open it hard.

Spyderco's CS is top notch, I sent in a knife that broke at the tang about 12 years ago, it just sat in my drawer finally I sent it in a couple of years ago, they couldn't replace or fix it but offered me credit above the cost of the broken knife.

I wound up with a SS Dragonfly and a Mini Dyad n FRN, I'm very happy with their CS, now I had two knives and both are favorites in my EDC line up.
