Greetings all,
Just wanted to pass my compliments on some OUTSTANDING customer service. Called on Tuesday to say somehow I snapped the clip on my brand spanking new Endura, right at the bend by the screws. Never had that happen on any of my Spydercos. Spoke to a rep Sheryl, I believe. Anyway, today a new clip kit, a little packet of Loc-tite and a nice sticker for the shop wall arrived. Clip back on and I'm good to go. What a refreshing experience in a world where "customer service" is out the door. Thanks again, Sal and to your fine crew. Best regards to all.

That's Spyderco ! Great knives . Great price , great customer service. Years ago , l bought a Spyderco Civilian. It wasn't meant to be an utility knife , but l still used it for cutting rubber hose. The tip snapped off. I sent it back , and the knife came to me as good as new again. I would , ( due to my own stupidity) unfortunately end up breaking the knife Tip twice more. But Mr. Glesser's company was more than patient with me. Then finally , l decided that this knife just wasn't built for utility , so l put it aside. But their Fantastic customer service got me hooked.
