I recently had two dealings with spyderco's customer service department, and I must say it was good! The first incident, I needed some washers for a knife I had lost them to, and they sent them to me free, even though they don't make that model there. The second time I requested one screw for the clip on my knife, and they sent four! They even marked the bit size on the bag, so I don't bugger them up! So, again, I want to thank the Spyderco team, especially Charlyn!
