I wanted to thank Mike in warranty for sending a replacement manual for my trusty Sharpmaker and thanks to Joyce for sending the free dealers video.I've been using Spyderco's for approx12-13 yrs and have yet to require the services of the warranty dept.Good products,friendly people,fair prices.These are what make for good customer relations.tom.
