I sent in a few knives for a tune up, and I got them in the mail today. Most companies ask you to write a letter stating the reason you are sending the knife in for. I wrote a leter to Spyderco stating a few minor issues, and they addressed every one of them. Spyderco is one of the few that listened to everything I said in the letter. I have send some knives into other companies (not going to mention the name) and listed things that were wrong. When I got a paticular knife back from company x the problem was not even looked at, and came back to me worse then when I sent it in. Spyderco's repair dept. is top notch. Thanks for such great customer service and attention to my letter. Thanks John

Thank you for the kind words! Our W&R / Cust. Svc department works very hard, it's nice to hear the appreciation.

Oh yeah!? Well, I sent in an old Endura for a tune-up once and all they did was send me a brand new one instead! If you ask me, they're just lazy! ;)

In all seriousness, though ....... I think it's no secret Spyderco has so many loyal customers: Great knives, great customer service. Can't beat that combination.

YA know what, mnblade, thay did the exact same thing to me also, a FRN Endura. Only thing is it was a trick, I couldn't stand to be without it for even a week, so I ended up buying a S30V Millie while the E3 was out.:o :D

Well I realy did not want to advertise it, but that send me a brand new para and switched my SE to a PE ( I asked them to quot me a price for the exchange and they sent me a new one free) , because I had a hard time sharpening it. They are just great. Thanks again Spyderco, John

Amen. It's why I always recommend Spydie's to my friends. How many times do you find a product this well made, from a company that listens to input from the user, and their president answers your questions????

Geez, I work on computers all day. Bill Gates or John Chambers have yet to answer one of my posts. ;)

Spydies flat out rock!

I once sent Spyderco a request for some new screws for a Ti Lum. No questions asked and they were in the mailbox in about 3 days. Great service is the standard at Spyderco.
