Thanks to Buck

I sent a 110 in for a blade replacement, a couple weeks later It comes back all shiney with a new 2006 blade in it. What great customer service!

If you ask, they might, but normally Buck is not big on releasing Buck knife parts out ot the public.

as i understand:
(and i could be wrong)
if the knife has semental value you can ask for the knife back and it is marked in a discreat locatin so that it can not be sent back again and they will give you an new one instead with it.
NO they will not release the old balde with it as if it needed replacement then it is not up to buck standards so they dont want it out there... yes it prevents many from haveing parts to play with but remember they like toys also and know how us knife nuts like to play with sharp things
