A big thank you to Ferguson, who kindly sent me a karda when I mentioned that my new AK came with 2 chakmas and no karda.

I appreciate it.

I don't think anyone would mind me speaking in Bill's voice for just a moment and saying Ferguson is one of the good guys.

Steve should have his own holiday. Everyone should take one day out of the year and pretend to be Steve. We would all be really nice to one another and do all kinds of thoughtful selfless things. I think they used to call this holiday Christmas, but that somehow morphed into a holiday designed to sell dancing Elmos and Xbox games. Steve Ferguson Day has a nice ring to it, but it would be long before it was changed to Microsoft Presents Steve Ferguson Day Brought To You In Part By Radio Shack and Viagra.
Anyway, yep, Steve is one of the good 'uns.

Let's all rep-bomb Steve, since we can't buy him drinks.

Chiclets are free- make sure they're wintergreen, not cinnamon.

And Jake, that was just funny. :D

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Steely_Gunz again.

Dr. Hannibal Bruise........ :D

Bruise??
You told me you just "dusted" them lightly with flour and then sauteed..
Whats this "breading" business?
I mean, anybody can deep fry a kidney like its some kind of organ meat greasy spoon.
I thought we were artists, man.
Haute cuisine, man.
Whats this "breading" crap about?

Next thing I know, you'll be dunking them in ketchup....

Slice thekidney or liver to 3/4 inch slices. Remove any excess fat or dark veins. Sprinkle with port.

In a saucepan, combine the water and cherry jam on low heat.

Arrange the toast on the plates. Spoon the jam on the side.

Heat a skillet to very hot. Saute the organs for less than a minute on each side.

Serve immediately!

Why am I seeing this in a film loop "...the shocking recipe and photos at 11"
