A while back, I posted a thread in which I bad-mouthed Buck Knives for the treatment I received from four employees when asking for a small part. It was a frustrating experience.....to say the least. However, it was partly my fault because I should have asked to speak to Joe or Josh from the get-go!

I am very happy to say the problem has been resolved.......and I want to publicly thank Josh and Joe for their intervention. :D

I am sure glad everything worked out in the end. We want everybody to be a happy camper around here! :D
