Mike was great and must have answered over 20 e mails from me in one night. The combination of his recommendations including the fourms opinion on the WB made me go with it at around 2am EST. I placed the order at such a late night and I was sleepy. First thing in the morning, I received an e mail from Mike telling me my Strider had already been shipped! I'd say that's darn good service. I haven't met a more patient guy as well as informative and friendly when it comes to ordering anything over the net and beyond.
