I want to thank Indian George, Joe Chisel and Polock (Paul) for helping me with my "need for cable" dilemma. It still amazes me on a regular basis how ready my fellow knifemaker's are to to lend a hand in times of need. I'm really hoping to have all you guys down here some time for a PA hammer-in at my place and show you some good old mountain hospitality. I'll even raise the pig for the roast.:D The baby's here, so I'll definately be at your next one George. No excuses. Hope you liked the shop tour Polock.

J. As far as I am concerned, this is what it is all about. This is one of the key reasons why NECKA was founded. I am sure you would do the same.:) :) :)
I can do a kickass pig roast. I only put just a little of the HT relish in the marinade, place it in a plastic bag in a garbage barrel overnite with wine, beer and herbs. Portuguesse style. O'Baby!!!!

J. glad we could help brother... like George says, thats what its all about:) and a pig roast sounds AWESOME!!!:D

if you cook the pig after IG's HT Relish has been on it over night
it will be over done:D
if you do up a turkey ,, before you kill him just let it smell
the IG'S HT relish and the feathers just drop off and it'll
jump into the fire pit just to cool it self off easiest thing you ever seen
:D :D

we all aim to help J :D

Yes I did enjoy my shop tour, and thank you for the scale material and the leather. Tess is a great lady and we look foward to getting together with you soon. Hope Tess got my wife's finger prints off the baby.

For the rest of you,
J. has a nice NEAT shop. Makes me want to set fire to mine, but then mine has to change hats depending on the project of the hour (what's that dear, you want the dinning room table back?, but that's my computer shop) Yesterday it was a brake job on the wife's car and tomorrow it becomes a carpentry shop.
