For making an affordable, very high quality product in the U.S.A. and backing it up 100%. I appreciate it. I'll be buying all your products eventually as a result. I can't stop this knife addiction, so I may as well roll with it. Also, I like the M.O. of R.A.T.. My knives are bought to use hard, and I appreciate they were designed with that spirit in mind.
Thanks for hosting this sub-forum too. I'd never have really landed here and bought a RC-knife otherwise. When debating between a Ranger knife and a rat knife, I originally went with the Ontario Ranger first and am sadly disappointed with the quality control of Ontario. They'll make it right of course (at my expense for shipping), however, RAT got it right from the get go. My RC-5 and Izula are perfect. So now I have two RAT's and am SERIOUSLY JONESING for that Junglas Machete and Izula folder.
The crew here feels tight knit but very OPEN. I like that. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. I find a lot of humor here too. EVERY SINGLE TIME someone asks for a recommendation with one or two knives in mind someone recommends something entirely different! Example: "Should I get a K-Bar or a RC-6"? will result in every answer being different than either knife all of which are probably RAT knives unless someone chimes in with MACHETE or something else entirely. So thanks for the knives, the community and the laughs all you RATs. Enjoy 2010, you deserve it!:thumbup:
