Hi guys & gals!

Some days ago I realised that Thom (scruffuk) will sell his #68 WO at the Exchange Forum. I wrote him, that I´m very interessted in the knife. And finally asked for the price of course. He told me very fast, that it´s ok ... WOW - what a gesture. Thom - be sure you´ll get something to compensate you for the WO ... I have there almost some things directly in mind... so I´ll see ;)

The #68 WO is a pattern I almost wanted for a long time. I remember Sarah made a thread about it some years ago and at the current activity this thread reminded me about the #68 equal end frame: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php/1170461-My-views-on-my-White-Owl

So I came home from a long and stressy day - more than 11 hours at the office :barf: (believe me - beer is what I need :D ) - a package waited for me as well as Max. But he wasn´t that interessted in the package, it seems.

The #68 is such a wonderful an thin carry. It will often ride my coin pocket of the jeans. And the stag is just great. German stag is different to that one, definitelly. None is better than the other, but the difference is clearly visible.

So pleased it got there so swiftly....and that it lifted your spirits after another long slog at work.

By the way, I think maybe Max will be more interested in a few years....so watch out! ;)

...I agree, in a few years you may have to argue with Max as to who gets to carry it that day! ;)

I remember when Scruff first got that White Owl, and it's very generous to pass it on in this way. Well done Scruff, and a great recipient of your kindness of course. Great stuff guys :) :thumbup:
 
Be advised Andi, this is a fine pattern you may neglect your other knives for quite a while...

Decent bit of stag on it too.

Decent is exactly what Thom has shown himself to be many times on this forum, a very generous man.

As for stressful work-days, yeah:barf: But beer and knife chat is a big consolation (wine too:D)
