A while back there was a tip about using Radio Shack Etchant to remove screws from titanium. Well, last Sunday, I stripped out a Torx screw in a ti bolster. I went to Radio Shack and bought a bottle. I put the bolster in a small glass and covered it with etchant. When I got home Friday night, I poured out the etchant. The screw was gone. How bout that!
