As a people manager in a manufacturing industry, I know the problems that running a 24/7 operation creates. Maintaining quality while pumping out product requires hard work and dedication. I think Jerry and crew are doing a fantastic job for us the customer.

Not to be a ......., but doesn't Busse knives only work about 1/2 of the time in the shop, while swamp rat works the other 1/2?
 
I thought Swamp Rat were getting their own space and equipment.

Jerry mentioned that Busse Combat is running three shifts per day, seven days per week, which can’t leave much down time for people or machines.

Thanks Dan! I really appreciate your comments. We are doing our very best with no allowance being made for hurried or shoddy workmanship. I'm pretty sure that if we lifted our quality requirements and meticulous hand shaping an finishing from every blade that we could easily be down to 2 shifts.

As for Swamp Rat. . . . Busse Combat is cycling machine time with these rotten Rats!!! Luckily they have a lot of their own dedicated machinery . . .. and it's fairly easy to lure them away from a grinder with a little bit of cheese!!!!:D
 
Yeah, I can't stand those dang Rats, with their teeth, and their cheese,...
