Hi guys and gals!

I was on the frameworks today while we were making new windows in the old farmer´s house of a friend of mine. It was a hot day (36.00 ° C in the shade) and when I came home I was very tired. My wife told me a little package arrived for me in the mail. It was from your fellow forum member willgoy.
Will some days ago that he has something to send towards my direction - but not was it should be. I very surprised when I opened the package...

This is the content:

Böker Whittler (split spring) with a great jigging on the bone scales and with great spring tension - a perfectly Solingen made knife :)
The KSF sheath was something I was eyeballing with almost sometimes. It is the Nortwoods branded sheath, it also carries the 2-blade GEC #73 with ease.
The handwritten letter / postcard is also really great great wildlife scenery from Scandinavia.

Knife pic with all blades opened

The tang stamp and that amazing bone

The obligatory in-hand-pic

The nicely made leather sheath... It´s of great size and it will fit a lot of knives in different sizes :)

As Will has stated in his letter, Böker Solingen made knives - at least the Tree Brand Knives - are nearly impossible to get in Germany. They only become sold in Solingen directly at the Böker store, but it´s not shipped to anywhere in Europe and not in Germany. Strange, but it is. So I´m really happy with such a great looking knife and the whole package made me feel like a boy at Christmas :)

Thanks a lot, Will! I really appreciate these gifts and I will carry it frequently. :)

Greetz from Bavaria!

Congratulations Andi, great-looking knife and sheath. Good stuff Will

Andi,
I've been blessed to witness personally your generosity as much as Will's. You guys are awesome members of this forum, and I hope to get a chance to give back to both of you. Meanwhile, it's great to see a knife that will create an even stronger bond between you two; thank you both for your contribution to this forum :)

Very good looking knife and sheath, Andi! Knocked it out of the park, Will! Thanks for sharing the joy.

Very nice knife... that jigging is pretty nifty! The leather sheath looks very well made as well. Awesome to read about the gesture this other member sent your way... Goodness in all respects! :)

Congrats on a nice knife, Andi! I really like the looks of those washboard bone Bokers (in fact, this is a good reminder that I need to carry mine more often...:D). How odd that the only way for you get a Solingen-made knife is for someone to send you one!
