Hi guys. Just wanted to post a thank you to Vicki at the Busse company store. I ordered a hell razor some time ago (my first Busse). Because it appeared to have vanished in the mail I contacted the store via E mail to say it had disappeared, and immediately Vicki offered to put another aside for me, until the original could be traced. Long story short. The HR turned up today and am delighted with it, but also with the prompt and helpful customer service I have recieved. Jerry give this lady a pay rise.
