The CAK arrived today.
Doubt emails will get through, so I'm saying again that I very much appreciate your efforts to get the transaction done. :)

We'll have to assume it didn't happen, then. :)
I had to forward photos through Cul before, don't want to bother him again.

Thanks to Yangdu anyway. :D

Odd. I've always just been able to use photobucket to post photos.

You happen to be an intelligent guy of the sort who can traipse around computers without causing widespread disasters.
I can't tell you how much I envy & respect people who can do that.

I, on the other hand, am not.

With great effort (and frequent supervision by my long-suffering wife who is our in-home IT genius), I've gotten to where I can throw words around in emails & forums, and if the wind's blowing just right I can USUALLY send photos via email.

Various kind people have been very patient in trying to help me learn such esoteric things as Photobucket over the years.
It is, sadly, hopeless.

Can we do it in words?
It's big, very sharp, wood handle slabs, has brass at both handle ends, and looks incredibly like a Khukuri. :)
Longer than my 15-inchers at 16 inches, and markedly heavier.
Done by Yuvraj, as Yangdu says.

I can kinda picture that! Did it come with an HI superfrog?

Sorry fellas. I hadnt used that one in a while:rolleyes:

Check received for CAK, thank you

NDog,
It, as a matter of fact, did. :)

Yangdu,
Thanks for shipping before you got the check. Got it in the mail as soon as I could.

Sounds like my twin brother separated at birth. Me and technology still have a long ways to go before we're in the same book let alone the same page.

I've over a very long time figured out how to post a picture and work Pay Pal (although I'm working out issues with my bank as we speak).

Don't give up and many folks around here far more smarter than me are more than willing to help ya. I'll of course do what I know how to do for you anytime.

Hard to believe when I was getting retrained after ending up in the chair full time, they wanted me to learn to be a computer programmer. I told them I'd rather suck out septic tanks with a straw. Wasn't a good fit.

When we moved into this brand new house in 1999, my office here had paint on the walls.
After 16 years of constant exposure to unending high-volume frustration-fueled profanical outbursts, no paint left. :)

Even the bare idea of trying to learn computer programming leads to thoughts of driving off a cliff....

Thanks.
Denis

Thoughts of driving off a cliff never struck me. I did how some ever have the urge to open the door to my van and step out while on the freeway going 70. Same results I surmize.

Whoa whoa big fella, the frog has passed on but not on account of him trying to eat Kamidogs knife. I think it was natural causes but I got nothing to back that up with.

Its dead! Poor fella was a drug mule back in the early eighties. He has a big zipper sewn in on his underbelly. They musta used him regularly to put a zipper across his gut.

Oh... I thought it was a wooden knife stand.

Programming is not that hard.
Just like explaining a kid how to do something step by step and keeping it simple.
Once you get over the initial fear of something new it's quite intuitive.

I feel your pain. I don't share it, but I feel it. For whatever good that does you. :)

FYI, if you upgrade your membership to a Gold membership (I think it's $10 a year), you can upload photos with your posts directly from your computer without going through Photobucket or any of those third-party outfits.

It's fast and easy once you do it the first time. You click on the square icon in the posting window and it lets you browse to wherever the photo is on your computer, then you click Upload and the photo is included with your post. The same method lets you include your photos in replies to other people's posts. For example:

View attachment 541249

It took me under a minute to do this. No programming required.

David, you got me drooling over that bolo! Such a sweet design, I hope we see more of them in the future!
