I've been browsing these forums for some time now and I just wanted to offer some thanks for your guidance. I was fortunate enough to receive a sebenza 21 from my lady this year as a Christmas/birthday gift and frankly I have not been able to put it or her down 
I am unable to put into words how oustanding this knife is. It is most certainly the most amazing piece of hardware I have ever held. I was a little put off by the price tag, but I have a clear understanding now why it is rated so highly. If I ever purchase another knife (who am I kidding, of course I will, it's just a matter of justifying it to the aforementioned lady!) it will be purely for the enjoyment of sharp things and most certainly not out of necessity. Again, thank you all. I will post a pic or two when my girl has some time, she is much better with her cannon than I am.
