Every once iin a while we all feel the need to "give back" to the community which supports us. After spending a day with Indian George, I am prompted to offer a free service to those forum members (and you know who you are...) who have ordered IG's heat treating hel, er relish. I would suggest decanting your relish into a lockable, impermiable container and applying this lable conspicously in hopes of preventing accidental use.

Remember - only you can prevent forest fires!

Hah, nice label =) It's a good thing his relish stays good for a long time, because i love the stuff, but i dont use a whole lot of it. I'm still working through my little canning jar of the stuff i picked up from him at St Patty's day a year and a half ago.
