For those of us in the USA, tomorrow is Thanksgiving.

Semi-Historically, the first Thanksgiving was a harvest supper between the Indians and the Pilgrims. The Pilgrims have gotten all the credit for the past 300 years, but what did the the Indians get - besides a Sacajawea coin that no one wants.

To honor the Indians, we will be having an Indian Thanksgiving.
Menu and photos to follow tomorrow.

DINNER INFO AND PHOTOS
I told my kids that the theme was an Indian Thanksgiving, and that we should dress accordingly. The guests arrived. Photos of my granddaughter, my son, daughter's father-in-law, daughter (also my sous chef). Also there were my grandson, son's girlfriend ( of the day), and my wife.

I'm going to be a grandpa for a moment.
I think my granddaughter has the prettiest eyes. Also, ever since she was born, she has loved laying on the bear skin rug. She is getting a bit too old for that now, but she sure looks cute on the rug.
She certainly is growing up, just turned 12.

I have photos of all my kids and grandkids on that rug.
I think I may still have a few of my first wife on it....but I can't post those.

The aboriginals are going to be after you for confusing them with "East Indians". Otherwise it looks like it was a very interesting meal.
