I just wanted to wish Everyone on the forums a Happy Thanksgiving.To keep within guidelines(knife content) what type of knife are You using to carve the turkey? I'm using the old stand by GE electric.tom.

I WANT to use my Camillus CUDA Maxx 5.5 -- but I think my daughter will prefer I use a more traditional blade. 
(I can argue with her mother, but the kid gets what she wants every time.)

I'll be cutting the turkey on my plate with a Rossignol Laguiole, with horn handles, that my sister in law gave me 2 x-mas's ago.
