Thanksgiving Open House

If anyone that lives around here and doesn't have a place to go on Thanksgiving, you will be welcomed here. So far it's Gary Rua and the two young Ladies that live on my second floor. It's BYB. HEHEHEHEHEHE!!

Wish I was closer, I'd stop in for a cold one. Probably be plenty busy here anyhow. Elaine's oldest doughter is in the process of moving back to town, increasing the stress load on everybody. Be nice to have her around again once things are settled.

I have a electric oven it is like a Nesco and it's a smoker too. Soaking the turkey in brine and smoking it up. It will be around 20# fresh kill.

We've talked, so I know how this goes. Leave all the sharp objects at home and just tear that turkey apart with your bare hands.
