And now you have to wait to pick it up at the post office

My 0454 CTS 204p came today and I didnt hear the door. Instead later I found the notice to pick it up at the post office. :grumpy:

I've had a delivery come while I was in the shower, I had to then wait till 4 in the arvo to pick it up. That was frustrating

That's where redelivery comes into play...!

Also, that's the upside of living in an apartment complex - if I miss the delivery, the office has my goodies waiting for me!

Usually doesn't matter if you are in the shower, or at work..The deliveries always happen during the day when most people are at work. Love me some signature required so I can play tag with USPS, UPS or FedEx..

Anything sign for, I watch the tracking and call the post office tell them to hold it and stop after work to pick it up. FedEx or UPS I often miss and have to tape the signature to my door for the next day.:grumpy:

Sucks when that happens... and even more so in this case, since it is one of the 0454-204P's. Sorry to hear it, but that means you get to start the day tomorrow with a fresh 0454-204P.

I've had some luck going to the post office early in the morning (usually around when they open). At least for my neighborhood, they don't load up the delivery trucks until later in the morning, so if it has been sorted (if the tracking shows it at the PO for your ZIP code) and is just awaiting a truck, I can actually just pick it up before they even make a delivery attempt.
