OK---A new Emerson knife has a smell like no other knife. It just smells so damn good---so---Emerson.
I got it bad for Emerson Knives but can anyone relate?
 
Ya, I know what you mean, there is a certain smell when open the safe. Ahhh the smell of knives.........
 
Your not alone, its right up there with fresh opened coffee, puppy breath and umm flowers :p:thumbup:
 
I'll be smelling right with you guys, when my two new Em's arrive.
Can hardly wait for the smell of that G10!
 
No you are normal. I wish they could make a room spray in that scent :D

you did notice the blowtorch ;) The tank in that sucker has lasted since 9-06. Back when I was using, a tank would last our "family" less than a month :eek:

amen.....as you guys know, I just received two new Emerson's over the last couple of weeks. They doesnt gots no smell What's up with that?
