Bad weather here guys, cold windy and wet, anyway I’m walking as usual on the hills here around

The sun is just a weak shade behind the clouds

A woodpecker made that rounded hole in the tree, great job mate, I hope you have found sweet fat larvae in it

Walking more, something catch my eyes, what is this

Oh, it’s a hare, poor animal 

Not any signs of violence, probably it’s fallen in the basin past night, then the very cold water made the work in few minutes…

Walking again, no one here around, it’s too cold and windy guys

Today I have whit me my Tidioute Trapper, it’s one of a kind and I feel completely confident in him

I would like to stay here around for the rest of my life, but it’s time to go back in the town for some shopping

A nice old Lambretta (from early ‘50s) is placed in the store, maybe you might be interested to see here up there, guys overseas

Ciao,
Alfredo

Cool! It seems as though your homeland and mine look very similar these days, with winter's grey cloak covering up the sun. Thanks for posting your photos. :)

It's always enjoyable to see the "stompin' grounds" of other folks.
Thanks for the tour!

Another great thread Alfredo, and a very nice knife you had with you today (hope you were wrapped up warm) :)

That is a nice old scooter! Beautiful countryside! And of course that GEC looks great!

At least you have daylight, here in Scandiland it's 4 hours of vague twilight max!! and getting worse....

Interesting pics, the Hare looked pretty starved to me, probably was too weak & exhausted to get himself out. Not a nice end, but they taste very good:thumbup:

Thanks, Will

Looks like it would be very nice country scenery during spring and early fall. The hare certainly looks a little more rangy than the native Texas rabbits. Thanks for the pics

Thanks for letting us see your world.
A nice countryside walk.
With a "sharp" friend.
The savageness of nature.

And back to civilization to see a 50's flashback.

Thanks guys.
Being a lucky guy - my sister call me Gladstone Gander, but that's another story :-) - I live at the border of a National Park (Parco Nazionale delle Dolomiti Bellunesi)

this is the park logo

if you like wild countryside (and very cold too) this is your place! :-)

Forgott to mention that if you want to visit this part of the planet, I'll be more than glad to be with you guys.

Looks like you live in a beautiful place, Alfredo - but I knew that! Italy is generally very beautiful!!
It is great to see an American knife find a useful home there as well.

Ma che Lambretta Bella!!!!
