The 12 Clues of Mystery Project "X" - Clue #1

Well, at least we know it's a knife then, j/k :p

Hmm, I think the only knives that are illegal to OWN in England are autos and daggers?

I don't see EKI making a bali (although that would be great) so it must be an auto :D

Daggers a fine to own in the UK, you just can't carry them.
I have quite a few daggers that were bought in the UK.

You just can't have hand guns, shot guns and rifles are still ok.

as i know in england the legal knives has the following criteria:

-Sub 3 inch
-no lock
-no fixed blade
-no switch blade
- no bali
-no auto

(think spyderco UKPK or Urban)

so this new EKI project must be: over 3 inch, have a lock, perhaps auto.
Possible fixed blade...

hm.... im curious :D

There is a difference between what you can own privately and what you can carry in public.
The -3", non locking knives are for bublic carry. You can carry any knife you want, fixed or folding, as long as you can justify it. (fishing, camping, work etc.)

Only autos, balis and balistic knives are out right illegal but you can still own them if they are vintage pieces in a collection.

Any hoo, lets roll on with clue #2 :D:thumbup:

Defiantly something bigger then 3 inches with a lock......Damn that leaves many options.
