Got them sharpened by Vulcan Knife in Seattle. They did my 5 last week. Just got these back. They did a great job. Razor sharp!

i cut myself looking at the pics!! they do some fine work from what i can see, nice very nice!

Great looking set! Probably my go to guys in the event of an emergency or well planned outing. How soon will we get to see em getting dirty?

I liked the way the 5 looked the other day, but the 9 really looks good! Paul and his wife (the folks at Vulcan) are great people. I've known them for years now, Paul is about the only person I've met that I trust with my better steel (and some not so good stuff too). They did a reprofile for me on a yard sale find and turned it into one of my favorite hatchets (I think it is a Plumb from the 70's). They also did the original conversion from v grind to convex on my edc. Quality service from a no nonsense craftsman. Good stuff.

I've found I love the 9-16-14 (or 24) combo a lot. If I'm going to the woods those 3 are always on me and alas living the city now my woods time has been cut to every other weekend as of late but I can't wait to give these newly sharp blades a proper workout soon....

They really did a great job on my blades at a very fair price. They have some wicked looking customized condors in the shop that I keep dropping by to "check out". One may be calling my name soon. I have a couple of axe heads that may end up in their hands soon as well. I agree. Good people.
