The 171uh Pro Hunter?

Was the171uh too big and wide to be of much use as a hunting knife or anything except possibly a butcher knife?
 
While preparing for the howls of rage, my opinion is that it is a pry bar/dandelion digger/club.
 
I have a couple. Yes, I just never found the weight/usefulness ratio to be right for me. Evidently I wasn't the only one as it was not that good of a seller. I have both the birdshead pommel SW version and the revised handle. For myself, the change didn't improve the knife and in fact hurt the balance. I wonder if Stewart found the same thing when he began marketing his copy.
 
i regularly use mine in clearing brush and vines around the yard. found it better suited for that. the weight and balance works quite well at cutting and removing those pesky English Ivy vines. you definitely do not have to work about bending the blade.
