One of our featured swords this week: Thought we’d share some pictures of it.
The Achilles Sword
Shop Details:
1095 High Carbon Spring Steel. Steel is Heat Hardened & quenched in oil. Heat Tempered @ 500 degrees for 2 hours, and letting it air cool.
Measurements:
Total Length = 31 ¼ “
Blade Length = 22 ¾ “
Blade Width = 2 ½ ” widest
Blade Thickness = 3/16 “
Handle Length = 8 ½ ”
Handle Width = 2 ½ widest
Handle: Walnut
Weight: 2.5 lbs
