The administrator has disabled the use of avatars

I don't see anyones avatars anymore.
If I click on "change avatar" I get the message "The administrator has disabled the use of avatars"

Also how do I tell when my membership is up?

It does not show a date in the "Paid Membership expires:" area were it should in my profile.

I see were it shows "Paid Membership expires:" dates on others profiles.

This has been done to save server space.

As far as your membership goes, I think you'll receive an email before it expires.

Best thing to do is call 1SKS, and ask. Don't email them, as their email sometimes gets lost.

From the way things have been going it doesn't look like members are going to be receiving emails informing them that their membership is about to run out. From what Spark has posted, bit by bit he is going to get the expiry dates listed in the member profiles.

Yep, basically we're putting in expiry dates now when we reup members, and when the memberships expire. In between then, if you know when you were activated, add a year.
